Active Learning Environment
Foster discovery with hands-on manipulatives, rich language, and visual stories that connect mathematical concepts directly to the real world. Turn math into a joyful adventure with a play-based approach, research-based games, and problem-focused activities to spark every child's natural curiosity.
Play-Based & Joyful Lessons
The program consists of 12 standards-based topics, each featuring five lessons. A 2-day investigation launches each topic, with student explorations setting the conceptual foundation and fostering mathematical curiosity. The remaining topic lessons include a series of short activities and games that build understanding through a mix of teacher-led and student-driven learning.
Differentiated for Every Child
Each topic begins with purposeful, varied, and shared experiences to capture children’s interest and invite them to learn from the very beginning and throughout the topic. Support all learners with a flexible blend of instructional activities that can be easily adapted for whole-group, small-group, and partner learning.
Designed for California
