Uncovering Secrets

  • Roshan Strong, Ph. D.

Roshan Strong is the Director for Instructional Design and Digital Content for K-12 Science at Savvas Learning. Her mission to excite students about science has driven her to partner with innovative digital interactive content creators as well as to create more than 7 different kinds of immersive interactivities. She has deployed these interactivities into 100s of K-12 science courses, many of which have won several industry awards such as Best Science Learning Solutions, CODies, and Gold Stevie Awards.

With nearly 500 dives on reefs all over the world, Roshan continues to SCUBA dive with her family, to keep current on how coral reefs are changing and the solutions being applied to protect and restore them. These experiences are an inspiration for her career and for ways to draw more students into science.
